The 2012 Research Forum at the AUA Annual Meeting in Atlanta,
GA will again feature the work of young investigators. The
Research Forum is scheduled for Sunday, May 20th from
3:00 – 5:30 p.m. in the Georgia
World Congress Center. The program will feature up to nine
presentations on innovative, relevant, and potential impactful
research projects that will be of great interest to the basic
and clinical research communities.
We are enlisting your help to identify those individuals and
projects that exemplify the best that the field of urology
has to offer. This invitation has been sent to each AUA Section
and Specialty Societies involved in urology research. We are
asking each group to identify one of their top young investigators
to present a brief, entertaining presentation on their most
interesting, innovative work. You may even nominate dynamic
young investigator that presented at a recent Western Section
meeting. We think that it would be exciting for them to represent
the Western Section and compete at the AUA Annual Meeting.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me
or Rodney Cotten, Research Programs Manager, at 410-689-3750
or rcotten@auafoundation.org.
Thank you for your assistance in what will no doubt be an
exciting program.
