Western Section AUA's Children's Program and Policies

We welcome your children to the meeting and invite them to participate in familiy friendly activites such as the Family Hospitality Lounge, President's Welcome Reception, Sports Day and Keiki Luau. A special Kids "Keiki" Package is available this year.

Family Hospitality Lounge:
Children 12 and under may enjoy the Family Hospitality Lounge and enter at no charge provided they are accompanied by a registered parent.

President's Welcome Reception:
Tickets are available at a discount for children 6 and over. Children 5 and under may accompany registered parents at no charge.

The Keiki Luau:
This is an optional activity and part of the Keiki Package. Must be 5 years of age or older to attend. For children under five, you may make babysitting arrangements directly through the hotel concierge. Please call the hotel at 1-808-661-1234 and ask for the concierge desk. Hours of operation are 7am-9pm Hawaii time.

Sports Day:
Sports Day events have varying policies and pricing depending on the event. Some events may not be suitable for children under 10.

Children under 18 are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall nor the President's Banquet on Wednesday - even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
