Spouse/Guest
Package
The Spouse/Guest Package is intended for physicians
who bring along a spouse or guest. The package includes
a badge, admittance to the Family Hospitality Lounge,
President’s Welcome Reception, Western Section
Night - "Hukilau under the Moon" and a special
gift bag! Spouses and guests may also enjoy Exhibit
Hall activities. The Family Hospitality Lounge is
a hub for spouses, guests and family to gather and
socialize before heading out for the day and will
feature breakfast and various activities. Hours: 7:00
am - 9:00 am, Sunday through Friday. This package
does not include CME.

Cancellation
Policy
You may cancel or change your registration up to 10 days
prior to the meeting (on or before October 14,
2010) without penalty. You will receive a
full refund promptly. Cancellations for any reason received
after October 14, cannot be refunded. However,
your registration is transferable to a friend or associat
or if you decide not to use it we will credit it to a future
meeting less a $100 processing fee.
