President’s “Diamonds and Denim” Welcome Reception
6:30-8:30 pm Sunday Evening, October 28
Palm Grove and Pools

Hey there partner! An uplifting Southwestern style reception awaits you. Plan to flash your best duds, bolo ties and relax to smooth flamenco guitar music as you mingle with colleagues and sample the savory food stations. With gorgeous mountain views to be seen, step up and go skyward in our very own hot air balloon….yes really! And along the way to the drink well, don’t forget to tip your hat to our President, Dr. Scott Swanson along with Connie, as they welcome you to the meeting and Scottsdale. This will be an evening to remember!
President’s “Enchanted” Banquet on Hallowed Eve
Wednesday, 7:00-8:00 pm Reception, Dinner following
Arizona Ballroom

Enjoy an enchanted evening on all hallows eve while you join your friends and colleagues for dinner, dancing and who knows what surprise events that may follow. The theme will be vintage masquerade ball. No need for costumes, just wear black and/or white (black tie optional). Begin your evening in the voodoo lounge with soothsayers, psychics and such. Then take a step back in time and enter the magical realm of Halloweens of long ago.

For those of you bringing children ages 5-13, a Kids Halloween Party is also being considered. If there is sufficient interest, the hotel will supervise this event and run it concurrently with the banquet so parents can relax and enjoy their evening.

Spirit of the Wild West - Exhibitor Welcome Reception
