addition to exhibiting at the 83rd Annual Meeting of the Western
Section AUA, several opportunities exist for your presence at this

EDUCATIONAL
SESSIONS
Support for educational sessions presented by nationally recognized
speakers during the scientific program. Supporting Companies will
be acknowledged on the meeting room screen, from the podium, and
in all printed meeting materials.
Socioeconomics
Forum Program – partial support starts at $2,500
Support this important part of the meeting. Program includes nationally
recognized speakers focused on issues in urology and luncheon. Podium
recognition, acknowledgement in all printed meeting materials plus
signage.
Postgraduate
Review & Examination Preparation Courses - $4,000 each
Support a PREP-Course for our physicians and residents who are in
need of the In-Service exam preparation, Board Review exam preparation
or overall didactical urology review. Expert speakers in the field
presenting information.

State
of the Art Lecturers – beginning at $10,000
Support a State of the Art lecture on the Scientific Program. Deadline
to receive possible speakers is July 26, 2007. Lecturers and topics
are subject to approval by the Program Committee. A spot on the
program is not guaranteed until approved. Your company will be highlighted

PROGRAMS/AWARDS
Resident
Scholarship - $2,000
Invest in the future of urology. The Western Section supports the
20 training facilities within its geographical boundary in which
it provides a scholarship for its residents to participate in the
annual meeting program. Residents who are supported must be presenting
at the annual meeting and qualify for exemplary service. Acknowledgement
in all printed meeting materials.
Poster
Session Awards - $4,000
Supporters take your mark! The poster sessions are one of the most
prominent sessions which are the first sessions to occur all day
on Sunday. Take advantage of the naming opportunity as well as be
able to present the award to the Grand Prize Winner which will also
be highlighted in the newsletter along with a photo. Approximately
15 presenters will be awarded from 100 poster presenters. Acknowledgement
in all printed meeting materials plus signage.
The
Hadley Award - $2,500
Take advantage of the naming opportunity. The Hadley Award is awarded
to the most unique and interesting case presentation at the Round
Table Scientific Session. Company representatives are invited to
attend the session and may present award to the winner. Acknowledgement

The
Bodner Stegemann Award - $2,500
Take advantage of the naming opportunity. The Bodner Stegemann Award
is awarded to the most unusual case, interesting Diagnostic trick,
interesting use of a gadget and overall creative presentation at
the Round Table Program. Company representatives are invited to
attend the Round Table Program and may present award to the winner.

Essay Contest Awards - $3,000 each

There are two essay contests, a resident essay contest and a young
physician essay contest. The contestants complete on the basis of
authenticity, originality, and scientific merit. Essay winners are
selected prior to the annual meeting and are awarded at the time
of their presentations. Company representatives are encouraged to
present the awards. First place winners are highlighted in the newsletter
with photo. Your company will have a naming opportunity. Acknowledgement
