All
Exhibitors are required to register and badges will be provided
for pick-up at the registration desk at the Hyatt regency
Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale. Exhibitors include representatives
from only those companies that have received confirmation
that they are accepted as an exhibtor at the meeting. You
will be required to submit your booth number.
The first four representatives per
booth are included with your booth fee. Additional
staff may be added at $75 per person in
advance (by October 20, 2007) and $100
per person after deadline.
All
exhibitors are welcome to participate in our Sports Day activities,
President's Welcome Reception and President's Banquet. Tickets
for these events may be purchased online during registration.
If
you need to make changes or subtitutions to your staff, you
may log back in to this system and make any changes anytime
prior to October 20, 2007. An additional
charge of $100 per person will be added for changes after
October 20, 2007.
