Complete Package
These packages are for AUA physicians only and includes a name badge, materials and admittance to all educational programs and social activities. This includes the scientific sessions, Socioeconomics Forum and practice management workshops, Round Table Program and Brunch, State of the Art Lectures, Poster Sessions and of the PREP Courses! The package price also includes one ticket to the President’s Welcome Reception, President’s Banquet, and Exhibit Hall activities- including daily continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and Tuesday Spirit of the Wild West - Exhibitor Welcome Reception.

Session Package
This is for AUA physicians only who require a shorter stay and, depending on the days attending, includes the activities above excluding the President’s Welcome Reception and President’s Banquet.

SINGLE DAY ATTENDANCE - $315 before July 20 - $355 before Oct. 20 - $395 after Oct. 20
THREE DAY ATTENDANCE - $445 before July 20 - $485 before Oct. 20 - $525 after Oct. 20


Non-AUA Physician Package
The Non-AUA Physician Package includes everything in the Complete Package above. Non-AUA physicians are not eligible for the Session Package.

Resident/Fellow Package
This package includes a name badge, materials and admittance to all educational programs including the scientific sessions, Socioeconomics Forum and practice management workshops, Round Table Program and Brunch, State of the Art Lectures, Poster Sessions and as a bonus this year all of the PREP Courses! The package also includes Exhibit Hall activities including daily continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and Tuesday Exhibit Hall Reception. Tickets for optional social events may be purchased separately. REQUIRED: verification letter from Department Chairman

Health Professional Package
This package is for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and administrators and includes a name badge, materials and admittance to educational programs including the scientific sessions, Socioeconomics Forum and practice management workshops, Round Table Program and Brunch, State of the Art Lectures, Poster Sessions. Also included is admission to the President’s Welcome Reception, Exhibit Hall activities-including daily continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and Tuesday Exhibit Hall Reception.

Spouse/Guest Package
The Spouse/Guest Package is highly recommended and intended for physicians who bring along a spouse or guest. The package includes a name badge, admittance to the Family Hospitality Lounge, President’s Welcome Reception, President’s Banquet and a special gift bag! Spouses and guests may also enjoy Exhibit Hall activities - including, refreshment breaks, reception and Wednesday luncheon. The Family Hospitality Lounge is a hub for spouses, guests and children to gather and socialize before heading out for the day and will feature breakfast and various activities. Hours: 8:00 am - 10:00 am, Sunday, and Tuesday through Thursday. This package does not include CME.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND POLICIES

Children’s Policy
Children are welcome in the Family Hospitality Lounge at no charge provided they are accompanied by a registered parent. Child admission tickets are available for the President’s Welcome Reception. No charge if under 6 years of age. Children under 18 are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall or the President’s Banquet.

Everyone is required to register and name badges are required for admittance to all Western Section AUA activities throughout the 83rd Annual Meeting.

Pre-Registration Deadline
There will be significant registration discounts if you register before October 20, 2007. The pre-registration deadline is October 20, 2007. All registrations after this date are considered on-site and standard registration fees will apply. All fees are payable in U.S. Funds.


No Fear, No Stress Cancellation Policy
Register today without fear or stress. While we require you to prepay, you don't lose anything by registering in advance. You may cancel or change your registration up to 7 days prior to the meeting (on or before October 20, 2007) without penalty. Perhaps plans have changed or there is a scheduling conflict that has come up. That’s perfectly fine - just give us a little bit of notice and there's no penalty whatsoever. You will receive a full refund promptly. Cancellations for any reason received after October 20, cannot be refunded, however, your registration is transferable to a friend or associate if you decide not to use it.
